- No Guarantees: Investments carry market risk
- Max Fee: As prescribed under the applicable SEBI fee cap per family across all research services (confirm current limit before publishing)
- Payment Modes: UPI, NEFT, Razorpay, CeFCoM, Cosmofeed
- Refunds: Pro rata for unused duration; no penalty
- Non-Delivery of Services: Full refund if agreed service is not delivered
- Cooling-Off Period: 3 working days from payment (Research services only, not Course)
- Premature Termination: Pro-rata refund for unutilized full months
- Double Payment or Overcharging: Full refund if charged twice
- Dissatisfaction with Investment Outcomes
- Accessed or Utilized Services
- Expiry of Cooling-Off Period
- Enrollment in Education Courses / Training Programs (Non-Refundable)
- All clients must complete KYC verification before availing services
- Identity and address proof as per SEBI guidelines required
- PAN card mandatory for all fee-paying clients
